有记者提问：韩国总统尹锡悦20日在接受采访时表示，中国在增进东亚和国际社会的自由、和平、繁荣方面发挥重要作用。印太地区存在朝鲜核威胁、台湾海峡和南海紧张等多重地缘政治风险因素。韩国政府一直强调台湾海峡的和平与稳定，以及确立包括南海在内的基于区域规则的海洋秩序的重要性。中方对此有何评论？
毛宁：我注意到有关报道。我想强调的是，作为负责任大国，中方一直在国际地区事务中发挥着重要的建设性作用。中方清楚自己的责任和利益，我们做什么和不做什么不需要别人指手画脚。台湾问题纯属中国内政，决不允许任何外部势力干涉。关于南海问题，中国和东盟国家有能力、有信心、有智慧处理好这个问题。韩国不是南海问题当事方，没有必要凑热闹。(完）
